What day is trash day?

Answer: Every Wednesday. Please have the trash cans out on the front curb by Tuesday night as trash gets collected early Wednesday morning.

What is the best way to reach someone about maintenance issues?

Answer: Through the RPH APP.

Who do I ask if I have questions about my lease?

Answer: Your leasing documents are available on your RPH Mobile App. You can also email us at office@rphre.com for further questions.

When is rent due every month?

Answer: Rent is withdrawn every month on the 1st.

What about my Utilities?

Answer: Tenants are responsible for utilities. Please contact your utility providers. Some units require both gas and electric. Refer to the properties page of our website to know what utilities are needed.

Where do I download the RPH Mobile App?

Answer: Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search specifically “RPH LLC”, as a search result you’ll find our app logo. Select and download the app for free.

Where are the properties located?

Answer: Our properties are located behind Con Queso and Whataburger off of Martin Luther King Dr.

Do you allow pets?

Answer: Yes, we are pet friendly. However, an additional deposit is required. The deposit amount is determined by the size of the pet.

How quickly should we expect maintenance to fulfill orders?

Answers: We try to fulfill all maintenance requests within 24 – 48 hrs. of receiving them.

What is the best way to get a hold of someone in the office?
